The ghost from the past reappears in Vijay Salgaonkar’s (Ajay Devgn) life at the beginning of the trailer. Sam’s (Tabu’s son) death case has been reopened. Vijay assures his wife (Shriya Saran) and family not to worry because the investigation will go on till the day they pass away. The truth cannot be buried, according to the trailer, and Akshaye Khanna is seen this time taking the issue into his own hands. The interesting trailer takes you back to the events of October 2 and 3, when the entire catastrophe took place. Another unique selling point of the sequel is that Akshaye is the newest member of this stellar ensemble. We haven’t seen a solid Hindi suspense thriller in a long, so perhaps this one satisfies the audience’s craving. Abhishek Pathak, who also produced it, is in charge of the sequel, which was previously overseen by Nishikant Kamat.
