According to reports, Ponniyin Selvan is a clear winner at the box office. The filmmakers said that they have recovered their investments in the first part of the movie as the movie surpassed the big mark. The both parts of the film were shot in a single time and sold to multiple platforms as single film. The film is very close to make a 450-crore mark.
