Amitabh Bachchan 80th Birthday: The Bollywood Shehanshah Amitabh Bachchan is going to turn 80 on October 11. This is going to be a personal milestone for Big B as he is doing films at this age. It’s a milestone for Hindi cinema also. To mark the entry of Amitabh Bachchan into the club and make it a memory. Film Heritage Foundation is organizing a four-day long festival of Bachchan’s most iconic 11 movies.
This event titled, ’Bachchan back to the Beginning’ and it is being held in collaboration with country’s most growing PVR Cinemas. This means that people will get a chance to witness Amitabh Bachchan’s legendary acting on big-screens. These are the best movies from the 1970s and 1980s.

The titles of the films are Deewar, Don, Abhimaan, Satte Pe Satta, Amar Akbar Anthony, Chupke Chupke, Kaalia, Kaala Patthar, Kabhi Kabhie, Mili and Namak Halaal. PVR Cinemas has issued a special pass for the people who want to watch these movies. They can use this pass in any of PVR’s 22 theatres across the 17 cities of India, where the films are being shown on the big screen.
Amitabh Bachchan made his acting debut in Saat Hindustani in the year 1969, which is directed by KA Abbas. Even after his golden 53 years in Hindi film industry, he remains one of the busiest persons in the Industry. His latest movie ‘Goodbye’ released in cinemas on October 7.
