Bollywood’s ace filmmakers Imtiaz Ali needs no introduction as his work speaks it all. The director-cum-producer known for making the films of romantic genre. Jab We Met” fame has earned praise for his directorial ventures Love Aaj Kal, Rockstar, Highway and Tamasha.
The best thing that is common is all his film is the ideologies of self discovery, which made him a noted fimmaker. This is the reason his films won several nominations and awards in like Filmfare Awards, International India Film Academy Awards, Producers Guild Film Award etc.
Now, he has teamed up with two of the major production houses of the industry T- Series and Reliance Entertainment to co-produced his upcoming family entertainer titled “Thai Massage”.
Thai Massage Star Cast
The satirical comedy film written and directed by three time national award winning Mangesh Hadawale of “Tingya” (2008, Marathi), Dekh Indian Circus, Chalo Jeete Hain and Malal fame, stars prolific actor Gajraj Rao, known for his notable roles in Badhaai Ho, is playing a 70 year old man in the film.
Young and talented actor Divyenndu Sharma, who has made it to the audiences’ hearts with his stellar performance as Munna in Amazon Prime Video’s super-duper hit crime action series Mirzapur, is also playing the crucial role.
Actor Rajpal Yadav, who is all geared for the release of his social drama film Ardh is also playing supporting role in the film alongside Sunny Hinduja, Vibha Chibber and Russian actress Alina Zasobina.
Thai Massage Release Date
The Imtiaz Ali backed was to release in August. The makers of the movie announced the release date on May 19, 2022 and have confirmed 26th August 2022, as the official theatre release date of the film but postponed due to unknown reasons. Now the film has got new release date ‘11 Nov 2022′:

About the Film
Set in Ujjain and Thailand, the quirky comedy entertainer is a heartwarming tale of a 70 year old man, played by Gajraj Rao, in the dusk of his life facing a erectile dysfunction. The actor will sport completely white hair to fit in his role. The film is going to be an interesting one as it will depict the life through an old man’s point of view in a satirical way.
